Tea meditation is a wonderful way to begin your day, or any time you need to stop, relax and come back home to yourself. In fact, for many Zen practitioners, the formal tea ceremony is an important part of their day.
Join Julie Pearl, founder of Getting Mindful, for this afternoon of tea, conversation and the art of being present to life as it unfolds. Julie will lead the group in a short guided meditation, mindful eating practice and group discussion on purposeful living. There will be plenty of time for more tea and relaxed conversation.
