Utilizing the research of Dr. Brené Brown and Dr. Kristin Neff, we will work toward:
- Learning and practicing the core components of mindfulness and self-compassion.
- Understanding the impact of our self-critical voice and how to acknowledge it then learn from it.
- Learning practical skills to bring self-compassion into your daily life and whenever you are experiencing painful emotions.
- Connecting bravely with other women, while staying grounded in your own self-worth.
Workshop activities include talks, meditation, experiential exercises, and group discussion.
