Join us for an hour and a half break to learn some quick and easy writing techniques to help you process difficult life events. Deborah Ross, instructor with the Center for Journal Therapy, will show you how to take pen to paper in order to de-stress, gain calm and spark creativity.
No previous writing experience needed – just bring a pen and a notebook! Your writing will remain private, unless you choose to share.
