Free Info Session: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Join us at the 1-hour free information session, where you’ll learn about the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class that begins on Thursday, January 18th. The MBSR program, created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMass, is over 30 years old and has been studied in numerous clinical settings over the years. It’s considered the gold standard in secular mindfulness training, and has helped tens of thousands of people find relief from stress caused by chronic pain and illness, life transitions, work environments and personal/family issues.
At this info session, you’ll have the opportunity to meet Trisha, the instructor, get an overview of course content, and ask questions. This info session is free, but you must register in advance.
