Half-Day Meditation Retreat

The New Year is traditionally a time for reflecting back and looking forward, to gain clarity about our intentions for how we want to show up through this next trip around the sun. And we know that coming together in community, with others on this path, is essential in maintaining our sense of balance and support. This half-day retreat is designed to help you relax, reflect and reconnect with that intention. Participants will maintain silence, while being led through a series of guided and silent sitting meditations, walking meditation and reflections. Our hope is to provide a place you can come to find stillness, strength and resolve. People of all faiths (or none), ethnicities and orientations are most welcome!
* Please bring your lunch. There is refrigeration available, as well as coffee, hot tea and water.
