Open the door to greater awareness, insight and transformation with your pen and a notebook. In a small group we’ll explore 18 different journaling techniques, some taking just a few minutes. Each is designed to achieve specific results so that you can customize your journal according to your goals – health, personal growth, problem solving, navigating through transitions, creative expression, spiritual exploration and more. No prior writing or journaling experience is necessary. This is an educational group and your journal entries can stay safely private. We share observations and insights about the journaling process via a process known as a Reflection Write.
