Mindfulness IRL (In Real Life) High School Class (Six Week Series)

The Mindfulness IRL class meets in two groups – one for middle schoolers and one for high schoolers.
Teenagers have an enormous amount of pressure and competing demands on their time, which can leave them feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. This 6-week series helps teens develop life skills to reduce stress, manage emotions and increase focus and attention, so they can thrive and have a better sense of overall well-being. Each session includes discussion, activities, and opportunities to practice mindfulness skills in a small-group setting.
